Super Bowl Party for Kids
The Super Bowl is this weekend and my kids are getting excited to cheer on the Kansas City Chiefs! I usually throw a family Super Bowl party, but as the kids get older they get to invite a friend to watch the game. This year, the oldest boys get to have a friend over, but only if their friends have had COVID recently 😝.
Last year we did build your own subs. I usually do a veggie tray and a few treats/dessert. I haven't quite decided on the menu, but check out the Food section of the blog for a recipe for healthy Buffalo Chicken Balls. 🎉
We usually do the football squares game (they fill in the squares with their name and whichever square intersects after each quarter (based the score) wins a prize - sounds confusing, but it's not. We have also played Commercial Bingo and during half-time, we play some minute-to-win-it games. Find the Commercial Bingo from Etsy here: https://etsy.me/39zQbUy
